Promotions, offers and discounts are not cumulative. Prices are meant for double room, (not per person!), and per day, including:
- pass access to historic center
- parking available
- local cleaning service
- exchange linen
- first supply towels
- changing linen bathroom every 3 days
- air conditioning in all most rooms
- LED TV hd
- wi fi
- In addition to representing the family business, I also offer Ancient Practice treatments. If you feel the need, after a consultation, we can discuss how best to proceed, completely free of charge.
Changing towel, if required, therefore NOT managed, will cost: € 8.00 per piece.
Extra for bed € 25.00 per day.

If you check out beyond the stipulated time we'll charge you an additional night's stay.
Pets are not allowed, even small pets.
"Smoking is prohibited" in all inside areas of the structure.
In case of postponed arrival or advances departure compared to the reservation, at the time of payment will be taken into account the reservation made.
Booking and cancellation policy
"The reservation is considered confirmed if, within the day following the contact, is sent, in the manner to be determined the earnest money. This one will be suitably deducted on the departure day. **THE PERCENTAGE CORRESPONDS TO 40% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR VISITS LONGER THAN 4 NIGHTS. 50% FOR STAYS SHORTER THAN 5 NIGHTS**
The earnest money has, by its nature, the penalty that the customer must pay in case of breach of contract and is perfected in the cancellation of the reservation be it phone, in presence, and in written form or with non-arrival at the day of check in .
This means that, regardless of the timing of the cancellation, the earnest money will not be returned.
It’s personal and inextricably linked to the period of the reservation itself and therefore can not be neither sold nor taken as a reference for other periods. Otherwise, instead, with the taking possession of the housing unit by the customer, will be suitably deducted on departure."
The balance must be paid on arrival.
the " tourist tax " 2025 is at a cost of EUR 1,00 per person, per night excluding children under 3 years of age and for a maximum of 15 nights.
