Villa Pucci press review
Villa Pucci and Spiaggiola bay proofs
I’d like to quote this extract from a newspaper article (see the photo) which appeared in the first edition of "l'Ordine Corriere delle Marche" (Marche Region courier) dated “august 5-6, 1941” (the cost of the journal was 16 lira). The title was: Vacation resorts – Numana’s delights" "The summer holiday season is reaching its highest peak and Numana is very lively. Every year Numana increases its guests, and that’s understandable because, by now, the graceful, vital and cozy small town offers to its bathers and vacationers all the comforts of a front rank seaside resort. The Spiaggiola bay, the nice seashore where daily from 9 to 12 the bather’s elite meets up, is crowded and and our friend Pucci, with his elegant and delicate beach establishment, is doing excellent business."
From this journal article we can understand the refinement sense of this beach. In that period many roman rich families (Canaletti and Bianchelli for example) used to enjoy their time in this wonderful bay.
From the newspaper “Corriere Adriatico” dated August the 27th, 2009
