We would like to point out that all of our residential units, even the rooms without dinettes and kitchens, have always had independent entrances, external to the reception, that limit contacts with other people, being this a necessity during this particular time.

We offer our customers the opportunity to choose between the APARTMENT RESIDENCE with dining area and kitchen and the ROOMS. This rooms are complete  with a mini-bar where you can store what you buy and also with all the comforts in the apartment, even though it is not possible to cook and prepare anything hot inside, with the possibility of being able to consume any meals purchased in " takeaway service "in the restaurants, bars and taverns near our structure, in case you do not want to use the services provided directly by the restaurant.

This possibility given by the rooms finds its reality also outdoors as each of the rooms on the mezzanine floor has its "external space" equipped with a skylight with a glass top used as a table for dining while on the sea side there are chairs, armchairs and tables " cube "always for private and personal use.

Villa Pucci  residence, close to Numana historic centre, is located in front of the charming bay called "Spiaggiola" (tiny beach). Next to it, you can get a glimpse of "Baia dei frati" (Friar bay), characterized by its whale rock (Scoclio della Balena), known as one of the most secretive beach in Numana's seashore, just one step away from Sirolo's beaches.

The other beaches of Numana Bassa and Marcelli , along the south seashore, are within walking distance from our house. A very convenient position!

Viability

During the summer high season there is a restricted traffic area (ZTL) in Numana’s historic centre and automatic access control is implemented through cameras that automatically detect one’s license plate.
Please note that all our clients will be provided, at their arrival, with a FREE access pass that will permit illimited transit and parking nearby the villa.
You are not required to give your licence’s plate ahead of time and you will not be ticketed!
