Villa Pucci rooms to let is the result of targeted structural measures in the course of time, on the summit in the 1970s, which basically defined two types of areas:
Vintage area
In this part of the villa we maintained the old style paving and upholstery materials. In the courtyard we left our glass topped skylights in order to aerate and light up our lobby which is located down the cave.
New style area
A perfect mood in harmony with our Conero cobblestone which recovers the outside walls and some internal rooms of the manor house too. Only the original cobblestone was used and recycled as construction material in the process of renovation.
